Cleanouts & junk removal

They left everything behind. Now what?

The last tenant moved out and the unit is full of furniture, bags, a mattress nobody wants and a garage you haven't opened yet. Tell us what's in there and we'll connect you with a local crew who clears it out, hauls it away and leaves it ready for the next tenant.

  • Apartment units, rental houses, whole buildings and storage facilities
  • Post-tenant, post-eviction, estate and inherited properties
  • Furniture, appliances, mattresses, carpet, garage and basement

Questions

Do you do the work yourselves?

No. We connect you with independent local crews who do cleanouts and hauling in your area. They quote you directly and the work is theirs, not ours.

What does it cost?

It depends on volume, access and what's in there — a single unit with a couch and some bags is a very different job from a four-bedroom house with a full garage. That's why the form asks what it asks. Photos texted to (574) 780-9499 get you a tighter number.

Can you clear a unit with a tenant still in it?

No. Anything still occupied, or where there's a dispute over whose property it is, has to be sorted out first — abandoned-property rules vary by state and there are notice periods to follow. Talk to your attorney before anything gets hauled away.

Do you take hazardous material?

Usually not. Paint, chemicals, tyres, fuel and anything unidentified typically need special disposal. Flag it on the form and the crew will tell you what they can and can't take.

I'm selling the building anyway. Should I clear it first?

Sometimes, sometimes not. An investor buying as-is often doesn't care. If you're listing it on the open market, a cleared unit usually shows better. Get the free value estimate first and decide after.
